FAQ
Ack! Queen for a Day is sold-out. Can I go on a waiting list?
We rarely have guests back out of their Queen for a Day ticket purchase so we will not have a waiting list for tickets. Do not fret. There are still plenty of tickets available and we guarantee you’ll have an equally fabulous time!
Does my dauber come with my ticket?
Daubers are not included with the price of admission for regular tickets. Queen for a Day seating includes a complimentary dauber for each guest. Daubers can be purchased for $2 at the Gay Bingo Marketplace. Guests are also welcome to bring their own daubers. Proceeds from the sale of daubers benefit Lifelong.
Are special games included in the price of admission?
Special Games are not included with the price of admission, and can be purchased at the Gay Bingo Marketplace or from one of our Special Games volunteers. Special Games are $2 per game card to play, with the exception of the Blackout Game, which sells for $4. Special Games can also be purchased in a pack with all four games for $10. Special Games prize packages range from $300- $1,000 in great prizes.
If you purchased General Admission tickets, your ticket includes the price of admission and ten bingo games. If you purchased a Queen for a Day ticket you will receive ten bingo games, a complimentary bingo dauber, a drink ticket, preferred seating, light appetizers and table service.
Do I need to wear a costume?
Not at all! We encourage it though, and think you’ll have way more fun decked out in a bridesmaid dress or wedding attire.
What identification is required?
All guests will be required to show valid photo ID for entry. We are unable to admit anyone without ID, even if tickets were purchased in advance for the evening. Cooperation is greatly appreciated.
What are the seating arrangements?
Gay Bingo tables accommodate up to 8 guests. Parties with fewer than 8 guests will be seated together in order to fill the table. If you are purchasing an individual ticket but plan on sitting with other attendees, please indicate so at checkout or email jeremyo@llaa.org.
Upon arrival, our friendly ushers will show you and your party to your seats. If your party has requested special seating accommodations, our staff will try their best to accommodate your needs. Night of seat changes are difficult to accommodate, and cannot be guaranteed. Advanced notice of special seating requests is greatly appreciated. All reasonable seating requests will be considered.
What special accommodations will you make for hearing impaired or disabled guests?
At every Gay Bingo event, Lifelong provides American Sign Language interpreters for our guests. Guests who use this service are asked to inform Lifelong staff when making reservations if requesting seating closer to the stage.
Guests in wheelchairs or scooters are encouraged to inform Lifelong Event Staff regarding preferred seating accommodations when making reservations. Fremont Studios is ADA accessible, and a ramp can be found on 35th Street at the main entrance.
Will I be issued a tax receipt for my ticket purchase?
Lifelong does not issue tax deduction receipts for the purchase of Gay Bingo tickets. Gay Bingo is a gambling event, and the price of your ticket includes admission and ten bingo games. Therefore, it does not qualify as a donation to Lifelong. Tax receipts can be issued for donations to Lifelong at Gay Bingo, this excludes the purchase of games, merchandise, food or alcohol. Please speak with our donation table. They will collect your information and issue you a tax receipt.
