Jeremy Faber, founder of Foraged and Found Edibles joins Matt Dillon to show you the many uses of local wild products. In this class you will increase your knowledge of the abundant products living and growing in the Pacific Northwest. Class will include foraging tips and techniques, including a hands on approach to cooking with ingredients like many varieties of morels, the spring flush of King Boletes, maple blossoms, wild watercress, and stinging nettle to name a few. Supper with wine also included.
No experience necessary. Class is scheduled to end at 9 pm.
