Addison Groove (aka Antony Williams) started life under a different pseudonym altogether. Recording as Headhunter, with an LP and 12" releases on the influential Tempa label stretching back to 2007, he achieved legendary status within the dubstep scene. His work at the deeper end of the spectrum graced the label an impressive 7 times, a figure matched only by Skream. This work looked set to continue until 2010 when, seemingly out of nowhere, he crafted one of the biggest bass music tracks of the decade, 'Footcrab', under the new name of Addison Groove.

The response to 'Footcrab' was phenomenal, receiving critical and commercial success in equal measure across the dance music scene. Getting plays not only from the dubstep DJs that Williams was used to reaching, it also found its way into the record boxes of techno and house heavyweights such as Aphex Twin, Surgeon, Ricardo Villalobos and Mr Scruff, bringing an enormous new audience to his music in the process. Takinag influences from the Chicago ghettotech and juke scenes, Addison Groove's impact on UK bass music has been colossal and unprecedented, sparking a huge interest in these styles from his peers and the listening public alike.

Enter DJ Paypal, an anonymous, serious-not-serious remixer and collage artist whose music opts to rivet rather than rock. He begins with the new age sci-fi sounds of global bass music, the satanic syrup slough of DJ Screw, and the core elements of Chicago’s footwork scene—looped stuttering vocals and manic syncopated drums, namely. With these, he builds toward an everything-at-once deluge that mimics the sensory experience of diving headfirst into a YouTube wormhole. Smoothed-out, 64-bit video game music or the aggressively pleasant sounds of K-pop might appear out of nowhere; with DJ Paypal, expect to be surprised.

DJ Earl entered the musical world in 2005 by means of dance battle. He participates local parties in the skating rinks building up his unfailing knowledge of this culture. In 2008 he meets DJ Spinn and DJ Rashad, and suddenly it was a trigger for him, he started to produce his own footwork tracks and will soon join the Ghetto Teknitianz beside Spinn, Rashad, Traxman and many others. DJ Earl represent's the new generation of Chicago’s sound, between jazz and funk tunes, devilish synthesizers, unstructured hip hop samples, heavy sub basses and mesmerizing snares. With releases on prestigious record labels such as Hyperdub & Planet Mu playing Boiler Room & Fabric London there's no telling what's in store for the future.

Trekkie Trax is an internet label in based Tokyo and run by Seimei Kawai, Taimei Kawai (aka Carpainter), Andrew (aka Eiji Ando), DJ Bank, Saba (aka MSTNG) and Futatsuki The first release came out in 2012 via our own Bandcamp only. Several artist EPs have followed from various Japanese producers.

Block.fm, the biggest dance music radio station in Japan (hosted by legendary Taku Takahashi) gave us the opportunity to do our own radio show which is called "Rewind" and it's hosted by Seimei, Carpainter and Andrew (Eiji Ando). The show's format is quite similar to 'In New DJ's We Trust' on BBC Radio 1, showcasing new and fresh talent.
