Enjoy a sensuous evening of titillating performances and libations in the lush atmosphere of the Woodinville Winery District. Give yourself permission to sink into the hedonistic pleasures that come from good wine and perfectly paired bites. Allow yourself to be moved by the immersive performances with erotic edges.
Performances will include dance, spoken word, sensuous demonstrations, and a special outdoor performance of the elements.
Local chef, Kim Black, will be working his culinary magic with a hand fed dessert. Kim is renown for creating foods as a performance so that your enjoyment of the food is visual, auditory as well as gustatory.
Our theater of the evening is the garden and shared tasting room of Sky River Mead and Icon Cellars, each providing the complimentary wine and mead tastings that will accompany the tantalizing art.
Sky River is a woman-owned Washington winery and is proud to be among the older wineries in state. Mead, or honeywine, is an ancient form of winemaking, with roots throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. Our goal at Sky River Mead is to reintroduce the world to exquisite mead and honey wine, all while making them more approachable and food friendly. Only Washington's finest honey and fruit is selected for their meads and honey wines.
Icon Cellars is devoted to producing elegant, "Old World" style wines for those discerning individuals who thoughtfully choose wine to compliment life regardless the occasion… “wines for the love of life and the art of living.”
Dedicated to the art of crafting superior wines meant for a discriminating few, their production levels are thoughtfully and purposefully kept small, allowing greater time and attention to be spent coaxing the fullest and most complete expression of each varietal, while clearly understanding the inherent value in providing exclusive and limited offerings that cannot be acquired by everyone.
While your ticket includes complimentary wine and mead tastings, this event does have a limited amount of wine. Please know that both wineries will have full pours and bottles of wine for sale throughout the night.
