The Royal Room presents our fourth annual "Home for the Holidays" series, bringing native Seattle musicians to perform a night of music.
Willem DeKoch and Zubin Hensler Duo
Half of the Westerlies Quartet, DeKoch and Hensler are back from New York to showcase both their impeccable brass playing and their latest composition work.
A Tribute To Herbie Nichols with the Chris McCarthy Collective
Chris McCarthy, leader of the young, highly experimental McKarrtet group, is joined by fellow up-and-comer Xavier Del Castillo as well as local legends Thomas, Parker and Lewis.
Evan Shay Band
Shay returns from Montreal to play tunes off his latest release, Homeward, which KPLU called “Beautiful and emotionally powerful.”

Back from the Julliard School of Music, Riley Mulherkar on trumpet joins Gus Carns on piano, Carmen Rothwell on bass and Evan Woodle on drums for holiday standards as well as original compositions.
Please note: Tickets do not guarantee seating during shows at the Royal Room. For sold out shows standing room may be the only available space. Please come early to ensure you get a table. Reservations can be made for those who are coming for dinner as well as the show. The Royal Room is all ages until 10pm.
