SInce 1999, Ian Bell's Brown Derby Series has presented "Ridiculously Staged Readings of Your Favorite Screenplays", becoming a Seattle comedy institution!  Under rehearsed and armed with carboard props, a few questionable wigs and plenty of silly string, Director Ian Bell teams up with Seattle's funniest actors to put their mutated spin on classic Hollywood screenplays.

In March, Ian Bell's Brown Derby Series brings you 1985 screenplay "Back To The Future". Marty McFly (originally played by Michael J Fox), with the help of  mad scientist, Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) travels back in time, when his parents (Lea Thompson, Crispin Glover) were his age. Its up to Marty to play matchmaker and make sure his they hook up for the bug dance, laying the foundation for a romantic future - otherwise he's history! Plus, to make things more complicated  (and awkward), his teenaged/future mom has the hots for her time-traveling, yet-to-be-born teenage son! Gross!
