Deaf Spotlight is pleased to present its 3rd theatrical production, SKIN, by an emerging playwright, Crystal L.M. Roberts. This play will be on stage for eight performances from May 4 - 7 and 12 - 13, 2017, at the 12th Ave Arts Mainstage in Seattle, Washington. SKIN will be directed by Alexandria Wailes who has over 15 years of acting/directing/ choreographing and a lifetime of dancing.
This story follows four Deaf queer women who are struggling to make sense of violence, sex, love and friendship amidst a changing landscape, Seattle’s Capitol Hill.
All performances will be in ASL with English subtitles. The play will be one hour and 45 minutes without an intermission.
DOORS WILL OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE TIME.
