5th Taste Events Volume I
5th Taste Events vol. 1 will be a chic summer rooftop affair at Within Sodo, a modern event space, with a roster of prestigious local chefs and bartenders.
Chefs will prepare dishes using proteins from purveyor sponsor Corfini Gourmet, and their dishes will be paired with cocktails made by Seattle’s lauded bartenders.
The Taste Volume 1 line up includes:
- Chef Eric Donnelly of RockCreek Seafood with Tavern Law bar manager Amanda Reed
- Chef Derek Ronspies from Le Petit Cochon with Rumba bartender Jim Romdall
- Chef Charles Walpole of Blind Pig Bistro with bartender Jay Keuhner of Damn the Weather
- Chef Brendan McGill of Hitchcock and Hitchcock Deli with Seattle's godfather of bartending, Murray Stenson
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Community for Youth, to provide four-college bound students from their program with stationary and necessities to ensure a successful start to their college career.
Soul singer and songwriter Darrius Willrich will grace the sound stage with smooth and sensual sounds of music from his three internationally lauded albums.
