How to Make a Good Apology

Thu, May 9 from 4:30pm - 6:30pm (Pacific)

“I’m sorry.”

How many times have you heard that in your life?

How many times was it a sufficient way for the other person to take accountability for their actions?

There is a huge distance between an apology and a good apology. In this workshop, we'll use examples to explore what makes an authentic apology and how to increase the chances that it will be received well.
