Guitarist and Origin Records recording artist Frank Kohl celebrates the life and music of guitarist Pat Martino. Playing select pieces from Pat Martino's long and fruitful career and speaking to the immense impact Pat has had on the world of Jazz Guitar. From his early years to his tragic passing in 2021 Frank and his quintet will perform Pat's originals, standards from Pat's repertoire and Frank's originals inspired by Pat.
Frank is a Seattle area guitarist who has performed throughout the Northwest and at many notable NY venues like Smalls & Mezzrow's. He has seven CD's as a leader and reviews from scores of major Jazz publications. Frank will be joined by:
