Pi Jacobs draws inspiration from her unconventional upbringing in “The Land of Weed and Wine” aka Northern California, by blending roots-rock swagger with a storytelling soul. Armed with an old Gibson, her “sultry and “explosive” (Glide Magazine) voice, and a thumping homemade stomp box, Pi creates a show that is a fun, high energy, affair.

Her new album, Soldier On, (Blackbird Record Label), was in the top 100 of the Americana Music Association Radio Chart, for four months, with ten weeks in the top 50 (2024). Craig Suede is the singer-songwriter of Happy Heartbreak. When acoustic, these happy sounding sad songs spotlight the lyrics and voice, sharing Craig’s vulnerability in the music.
