Come celebrate the tideflats and Puget Sound's oyster culture! On Saturday April 27th the Hama Hama Oyster Company will welcome visitors onto their tideland farm to learn and explore.

Tickets $10 per person for everyone over the age of 15. Admission for anyone under 15 is free. Entrance fees include admission to seminars and beach tours. Food, drink and the oyster tasting sessions extra.

Washington  Sea Grant and Hama Hama farmers will lead interpretive tours of the flats and visitors will be allowed to harvest their own oysters and clams.  

Willing participants can sign up to compete in the Shuckathalon, the world's only intertidal oyster sports competition.

Upstream we'll cook and eat lots of shellfish.  Seafood on offer will include raw Hama Hama and Blue Pool oysters, steamed clams, crab cakes, and fried oysters.  

There will be live music, a beer garden, arts and crafts, seminars on oyster farming and Hood Canal history, and more!

Date: April 27th 11:30am - 4pm
