Since 1984, Puget Soundkeeper has worked to protect the health of the waters in our region. We monitor Puget Sound water quality, help set strong policies and regulations that protect our waterways and our health, enforce environmental regulations, engage citizens and businesses in waterway cleanups and recovery projects, educate and involve the public in local water pollution issues, and partner with local and regional groups to advance solutions that protect Puget Sound.
Puget Soundkeeper is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a founding member of the Waterkeeper Alliance, the largest and fastest growing nonprofit focused solely on clean water.
Parking: Free parking is available in the adjacent lot; all spaces are ADA compliant. Additional free parking can be found along 49th and 50th St (and numbered streets north of the Taproom). Additional free parking can be found on Shilshole Ave NW. Metered parking is available throughout downtown Ballard.
Public Transportation: Bus #17, 18, 29, 40 & D Line stop at 15th Ave NW & NW Leary Way; Bus #44 stops at NW Market St & 15th Ave NW.
